About the practice
RESET is about rest and regulation, feeling, and reconnecting. It’s the practice of slowing down and creating space for recovery through meditation, sound, yin yoga, breathwork, hypnosis, and other restorative practices that support the nervous system.
Class types
Hypnosis
A deeply relaxing practice that guides you into a focused, calm state of mind. Through guided relaxation and visualization, hypnosis can help quiet mental noise, shift limiting patterns, and create space for greater clarity and awareness.
Sound Bath
A deeply relaxing and immersive experience using soothing live sounds and vibrations to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and invite deep rest. There is nothing you need to do other than lie down and receive.
Yin Yoga
A slow and meditative practice focused on deep release, mobility, and stillness. Poses are held for longer periods to gently work into the deeper layers of the body while calming the mind. Expect a quiet, restorative practice that invites you to let go and reconnect within.
Breathwork
An active breathing practice that intentionally shifts breathing patterns to create temporary changes in physiology and awareness. By lowering carbon dioxide levels and altering autonomic nervous system activity, the practice can induce an altered state of consciousness, characterized by heightened bodily awareness, emotional intensity, and expanded self-reflection.
Meditation
A calming practice designed to quiet the mind, deepen awareness, and create space to simply be. Through breath, mindfulness, and guided techniques, meditation helps you to release mental tension and find inner peace.
